
Are you interested in getting into running?
Couch to 5k is the ideal introduction, it has been designed to help absolute beginners aim towards running a total of 5km in just 9 weeks. The plan involves 3 runs a week, with a rest day in between – itβs up to you how many sessions you want to attend.
You will be guided through the sessions by our running club members, many of whom started out by doing the Couch to 5k; all abilities and ages are welcome to attend.
When?
- Monday 9th June
- Monday & Thursday evenings @ 6pm for 9 weeks
